Incoming server type POP3  
Incoming server name mail.yourdomain.com Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name

Be sure to use a dot rather than an @ symbol i.e. mail.yourdomain.com not mail@yourdomain.com
Outgoing server name mail.yourdomain.com Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name

Username The same as your email address If you have domain aliases, you must use the email address in the form that relates to your primary domain name i.e. the first one you set up
Password   Your password will have been sent to you
Outgoing mail server authentication Requires authentication Use the same login settings as above

If your ISP blocks you from sending email using your own SMTP (outgoing) mail server, you will need to change the SMTP server to the one provided by your ISP and use the login details that they provide (your POP3 server settings can remain the same)
